LINDA KAY CHANDLER

Linda Kay Chandler is a self-taught freestyle artist and author of her book titled Linda Kay’s Book of Poetry. She has been exploring her passion for art in Mississippi. Doodling as a young child was a gift that she didn’t know she had. Her passions for writing and art blossomed into her adult life. Chandler creates unique, one-of-a-kind art. She is surprised at her work. Her medium for her art is permanent marker; however, she does not limit herself to one medium, style, or concept because her vision changes while creating mixed media art. Chandler's inspiration comes from her visions and dreams that determine her art designs. She graduated with a bachelor's degree shortly followed by pursuing coursework in a master’s degree in Public Policy & Administration from Mississippi State University. She decided to pursue her passion of becoming a well-known author and artist later after graduating. Chandler arts are colorful, bold, inspirational, spiritual, bright, beautiful, and uplifting. Her art is a constant search for the best way to draw her visions to express them to the world.
