Culinary Arts Programs at East Mississippi Community College - Lion Hills Campus

East Mississippi Community College’s Culinary Arts programs provide students

with a well-rounded education in three dynamic fields: Culinary Arts, Hospitality

and Restaurant Management, and Baking & Pastry Arts. Each program is designed

to equip students with essential skills, creativity, and hands-on experience needed

to thrive in the culinary industry.

Our Culinary Arts program focuses on kitchen techniques, food preparation, and

industry-standard practices, while the Hospitality and Restaurant Management

program trains students in the business side of the food industry, covering

everything from operations to customer service. The Baking & Pastry Arts

program allows students to explore the art of baking, from classic pastries to

contemporary desserts.

With experienced instructors, real-world training opportunities, and a focus on

elevating students skills, our programs prepare graduates for successful careers in

the ever-growing culinary field.
